The recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Neapolitan building with an elevator. You will be just steps away from all the attractions and monuments, immersed in the Pignasecca market district, near Piazza Carità and Via Toledo. We couldn't have imagined a better location to visit Naples! We will be happy to welcome you and at the same time guarantee you independence and privacy. We can't wait to meet you!
P. S. Our rooms are named after famous songs by the great Italian singer-songwriter Lucio Dalla, who passionately wanted to be Neapolitan, just as we hope you will feel during your stay.
Our hospitality formula does not include breakfast but in each of the rooms you will find a complete kitchen to be able to taste all the Neapolitan delicacies that the market next door has to offer.

Caruso is a very quiet room with a window overlooking the courtyard of the building. The room is located right at the entrance of our apartment. In your room you have a kitchenette with induction stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Smart TV and private bathroom. All new and just renovated.
Meri Luis is the Neapolitan room par excellence! The light coming from its balcony is wonderful. From there you can see the streets of Naples and the famous Piazza Carità. You could also have breakfast on your small balcony while fully experiencing the scents and voices of the historic center. The room has all the comforts with air conditioning and Smart TV. The bathroom and kitchen for private use are next to the room in an area for your exclusive use. We assure you excellent privacy and comfort.
Futura is located in the center of our apartment. A quiet location because its balcony and window overlook the inside of the building. It is a very large room where you will have access to a kitchen with induction hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You will also have a nice private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. All just renovated.
